→ HOW BILLING WORKS
Repairs are billed on their own, only up to the limit you set before we arrive: don't fix anything, up to $100, or up to $200. When repairs happen during a Property Health Check there's no trip fee and no minimum charge on top.

Anything that needs a licensed contractor or a permit. We document it in full — photos, video, measurements, model numbers — and you decide who to call.

Do you charge a trip fee?
Not when the repair happens during a Property Health Check visit. Repairs are billed only up to the limit you set.
What if the repair is bigger than a handyman job?
We stop, document it in full, and hand it to you with enough detail for a contractor to quote accurately.
Can guests report issues directly to you?
Guest-reported issues like loose fixtures, smart lock problems and non-working lights are part of what we handle; ask about setting that up on your call.
