How much does rental property maintenance cost in Las Vegas and Henderson?
The first visit is a flat $125 for homes up to 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Ongoing monthly care runs $65 to $160 a month depending on size and visit frequency, and the first visit is credited to your first month.
Do you show up and find things to charge me for?
No. You set a repair ceiling before we arrive: nothing, up to $100, or up to $200. We can't go past it, and most visits come in under it.
Do I have to sign up for monthly service?
No. The Health Check is one visit and ends there if you want it to. If you go monthly, it comes off your first month, with no contract.

What does the Property Health Check cover?
The visit and the report: a full room-by-room condition check, photos, video, and a written report you keep. Repairs are billed separately, only up to the limit you choose when booking, with no trip fee or minimum charge.
What is a property condition check?
A room-by-room walkthrough of a rental's real condition, documented in photos and video, with small issues fixed on the spot.
My cleaner already keeps an eye on things.
Cleaners clean, and fast. They catch what's obviously broken; they don't have time for a detailed condition check, and you still have to call someone to fix it. That's the gap we fill.
What if you find something big?
We stop, document it in full, and you decide what happens next.

How often should a short-term rental be checked?
Most owners start with one full check, then schedule recurring visits monthly in the gaps between guests; we'll suggest a frequency after your first visit.
Who fixes small things at my Airbnb between guests?
We do: small, non-permitted repairs scheduled between bookings, up to the limit you set.
Do I have to remember to schedule anything?
Not if you go monthly. We read your booking calendar and drop visits into the empty gaps.

Is this a licensed home inspection?
No. It's a general maintenance and property-condition walkthrough for rental owners, not a home inspection under Nevada law, and it can't be used for a real estate transaction, appraisal, financing or insurance decision.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Door to Done Home Services, operated by Rent Ready Home Care LLC, is business licensed, insured and bonded in Nevada. Work is limited to minor repair and maintenance under Nevada's handyman exemption.
