This website is operated by Door to Done Home Services, a trade name of Rent Ready Home Care LLC, based in Henderson, Nevada ("we," "us").

The site is informational

The site describes our services and lets you request a call or book one. Requesting or booking a call does not create a service contract. Any service we perform is governed by the quote or agreement provided when you book that service.

Not a home inspection

The Property Health Check is a general maintenance and property-condition walkthrough for upkeep and planning. It is not a home inspection.

Door to Done Home Services (Rent Ready Home Care LLC) is not a certified or licensed home inspection company and is not a licensed contractor. The Property Health Check is a general maintenance and property-condition walkthrough performed for rental owners and property managers for upkeep and planning purposes only. It is not a home inspection as defined under Nevada law, it is not performed by a Nevada-certified inspector, and it may not be used or relied upon in connection with any real estate transaction, sale, purchase, appraisal, financing, or insurance decision. Any work performed on site is limited to minor repair and maintenance falling within Nevada's handyman exemption; work that requires a licensed contractor is documented and referred out.

Prices

Prices shown on the site are general information and may change. The quote you receive at booking controls.

Repair limits

Before a visit you choose a repair limit: no repairs, up to $100, or up to $200. Repairs are billed separately from the visit and only up to the limit you set. We will not exceed it without your approval; anything beyond it is documented for you to decide on.

Your use of the site

Don't submit false information or someone else's contact details, try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, send spam through our forms, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

Parts of the site rely on third-party services, including Calendly (scheduling), Wistia (video), Google (reviews and, only if you allow it, analytics) and myinspections.com (sample report). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, photos and graphics belong to Rent Ready Home Care LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; don't copy or republish them without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate but don't guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
