This policy explains what personal information this site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
What you enter in the call-request form: name, mobile phone, email (optional), property city, property type, the service you need, best time to call, and any message.
Booking details from Calendly when you schedule a call: name, email, phone if you provide it, and the time you picked.
Anything you send us directly by phone, text or email.
Consent records: whether you checked the call and text consent box, the exact consent text and version shown, the time, your IP address, your browser's user agent and the page you submitted from.
Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider.
Analytics data, only if you choose Allow on the analytics notice.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule and perform services, send you visit reports, and keep a record of the consent you gave.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the site and the business: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and admin sign-in), Calendly (scheduling), Zapier and Microsoft 365 (internal email notifications), Google (business reviews and, if enabled, AI-assisted review replies via Vercel AI Gateway and Anthropic), Jobber (scheduling and invoicing), Wistia (video) and Google Analytics (only if you allow analytics). They handle information on our behalf to provide their service.

How long we keep it
Call requests and consent records are kept for up to 5 years so we can show proof of consent, and then deleted.
Security
Access to stored submissions is restricted to our server code and the service providers listed above. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Nevada residents
We do not sell covered information as defined in NRS Chapter 603A. You may still send an opt-out request to Vince@RentReadyHomeCare.com and we will confirm it.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Email Vince@RentReadyHomeCare.com to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
